We want you to feel confident in your curves, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all Yitty x ThredUp items in their original condition. Please note that high-demand resale items are eligible for store credit only to support our circular fashion mission.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items from your recent order that you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your final credit.

  Pack with Care

  Place your items in the original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the hygiene liners remain intact.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy while we process your store credit or exchange.
